Red,

You never posted my last response on your site.

Also I lost your last email to me if you can resend it I have time to reply to some of your other issues.

Also I would really appreciate it if you would remove my name or abbreviate it from your site. I am working on a humanitarian issue that I am sure you would be a nay sayer to from your lack of technical thinking out of the box. Anyway it has the potential of saving numerous lives in the world and I have requested funding from a major grant source. If they do a search on me they find your site which is quire irresponsible to me. Thus if you can change it to Dean dv I would appreciate it. I am doing the humanitarian thing at no pay or profit. if you want to verify what I am working on it is at www.mosquitoswithoutborders.org again because you do not believe in my expertise does not mean I am wrong. I am the one that has many patents and has been paid 7 figures for my new thinking out of the box.

again reply to me at dean@helmetssuck.com

Please resend your last response so I can respond more as I have a bit more time right now. If I remember you gave some tech explanation that was not applicable to what I was discussing. Unfortuanately I do not have that correspondence.

I do not have a problem with what I said and no I had no idea it was to be public, I sent the email to you directly like I did here. I have an issue with your low level childish name calling. I found it interesting on the HDL website you were claiming foul play for exactly the same things you have done to me. We call that what, hypocritical? Granted they did pull it off their site. I have no problem with a real debate and you need to post what I quickly correctly said in the last correspondence. And post the next one after you send me your last correspondence.

How old are you that you act like this?

Hi Red,

Let me again try to get you to understand helmets vs choice from a different perspective, now that I see you ride at high speeds.

I see on your site you ride at exceedingly high speeds on our public roads. There are some, almost all that do not ride (not me, though I do not ride at these speeds) that would think that is just plain stupid and it would piss them off because of lack of knowing better.. To me you should have the freedom to choose to do so as long as you are not harming others. Again statistically from the last time I looked at the data if any motorcyclists were in accidents in only 10 cases in one year did the opposing party die, and my guess is was not the fault of the motorcyclist in the first place. Thus why put limits on motorcycles that get better gas mileage and do not kill others. Do we have the right to fly in small planes, kitesurf, scuba dive, parasail, ride bicycles, have cell phones or cd's in cars which are probably the highest risk recreations there are. This is the similar with no helmets, going at high speeds is a higher risk of dying as well as riding curves as well as riding off road have higher risks of accidents. But it needs to be the informed decision of the person riding. Riding is right away a higher risk than driving a SUV.

By the way, like I said I have time again (and do want that last email you sent to me where you state you are in intellegence now), my grant proposal is submitted so I have time to deal with your last reply second part I prommessed to do. I just read in your site that you posted one of my replys but not the last one to your letter that also was not posted. But I would like to make a comment, about the guys who know you that commented. They also did not understand my point, I only am not proud to say you are American because of your lack of respect publicly to Americans when that is what I thought is one of the honorable reasons people serve, for America. As I mentioned every generation of my family has served and I am proud of them also. The debate was to be between us like a conversation. Not public…. But because you took it public to a site without my permission I am not proud to say you are American. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR ACTUAL SERVICE, for what you did as enlisted person I can only assume America owes you, our ground level servicemen have never failed us. But as far as your claim you are in intelligence functions I am could not be more serious, the intelligence agencies with 20 BILLION a year failed us miserably and all involved in the part with terrorism should be fired or severely demoted, not promoted.. Again I listened to the FBI testimony and found it to be so incompetent technologically that it was pathetic. The higher ups say they could not have prevented it, well that is because they are technologically challenged to understand how technology could have without a doubt stopped it.

have a nice one
